Cleo is a postpartum support service for new mothers and families. We coordinate in-home care, wellness treatments, meal delivery, and mental health support — all through a single concierge. We're for any mother navigating the fourth trimester and wanting expert, personalized care without the chaos of vetting and coordinating herself.

We ask that you book as soon as possible — ideally before the second trimester, but we will work with you on your timeline. The earlier we connect, the more time we have to build the right plan before your baby arrives.

We currently serve Los Angeles County, Orange County, and Santa Barbara County. If you're located outside these areas, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs or connect you with trusted resources in your area.

Every practitioner in our network has been personally vetted for their credentials, experience, and commitment to compassionate maternal care. We only partner with licensed professionals who share our mission of supporting mothers through the fourth trimester.

We offer birth and postpartum doula support, lactation consulting, chef-prepared meal delivery, massage therapy, acupuncture, bodywork, mental health therapy, night care, and home cleaning — all coordinated through your care concierge. Most Cleo services are delivered in-home — doulas, massage therapists, acupuncturists, night care providers, and cleaning teams all come to you. Mental health support and lactation consulting are also available virtually. Your concierge will confirm the format that works best for each service in your plan.

Packages are pre-designed plans based on the number of weeks you would like to use our services and a choice between our Essential or Premium offerings. The latter including in-home postpartum doula support. Both package options include daily meal delivery, mental health support, wellness treatments and our Welcome Home Kit.

Individual bookings are also an option for families that would like to choose specific offerings. For both options, booking will be through our bespoke concierge service so that they can handle the scheduling directly with practitioners. All communication will be streamlined through one point of contact.

Absolutely. Every plan we build is bespoke. Our sample packages are a starting point — your concierge will adjust frequency, services, and duration based on your specific needs, preferences, and budget.

Packages start at $525 and are designed around your recovery timeline. A sample Essential Package might include two weeks of daily meal delivery, two lactation consults, and a postpartum massage. A sample Premium Package might add postpartum doula visits, night care, acupuncture, and mental health check-ins — all coordinated through your concierge. Every package is customized to your needs.

Individual bookings let you choose exactly what you need — a single postpartum massage, a lactation consult, a night care session, or a meal delivery order. Your concierge handles all scheduling and coordination, so you still have one point of contact with no back-and-forth.

Insurance coverage for postpartum services varies by plan and provider. Some practitioners in our network — including lactation consultants and mental health therapists — may be covered under your insurance, and we will help you navigate that process. We can assist you in understanding what questions to ask your insurer, what documentation to request from providers, and how to submit for reimbursement where applicable. We recommend reaching out to your insurance provider before your due date to confirm what postpartum benefits are included in your plan.

Cleo is fully, at home — we don't have a physical office or clinic. All of our services come to you, wherever you are, or offer virtual options.

Your Cleo concierge is your single point of contact for everything. They coordinate scheduling with all practitioners, handle any changes or logistics, check in on how things are going, and adjust your plan as needed.

We understand that plans change — especially around pregnancy. Our extensive network allows us to be flexible and work with unexpected circumstances, so if your baby arrives early or your timeline shifts, we'll adapt your plan accordingly.
